Main check points are: ▷ Whether or not the product that passes distribution term is used or stored ▷ Compliance with hygienic handling standards such as cooking room ▷ Compliance with preservation and distribution standards of refrigerated products.

In addition, to prevent food poisoning, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety plans to collect edible ice used by beverage caterers and sellers to check for contamination with food poisoning bacteria.

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety said that thorough personal hygiene management, such as hand washing, and thorough food safety management are important for preventing food poisoning.
