[The Hwankyung Ilbo] The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that it held the “Meteorological Business Operator Conferences for 2018” on Tuesday, October 23.

The Administration explained the progress of the company's proposal for the previous year and shared policy directions such as public-centered measures to create value for weather service.

The company suggested the industry`s position and difficulties, including providing weather information data and increasing related support, and discussed ways to understand and cooperate with each other.

“We will develop policies that will contribute to the promotion of weather management based on what was discussed at the meeting, and work together to help companies and governments work closely together,” said Kim Jong-seok, Administrator of the Korea Meteorological Administration.
