Based on the agreement, the Korea Water Resources Corporation plans to use the 'high-precision rainfall observation technology' to predict the heavy rain from 3 hours to 6 hours before, and to analyze the flood vulnerable areas in the city and share the information with the city every 10 minutes.

The Korea Water Resources Corporation expects the agreement to help the government build a preemptive and effective national disaster management system.
