The on-site inspection is to check the response status of non-existent areas of African swine fever.

Major checks were made on whether the central sterilization facilities, mobile control posts, and farmhouse posts were properly installed and operated at the site, and matters requiring government-level support.

"Even in areas where the African swine fever has not occurred, preemptive prevention of the disease is of paramount importance, so local governments should make all-out efforts to ensure that disinfection measures and control post operations are thoroughly implemented at the site," Minister Chin Young said.
